To adjust the Time / Date and Time zone please follow these steps.

Power on the IRA by pressing the Power button on the Remote.
Use the Arrow buttons and Highlight "System Settings" and push the Enter button to select "System Settings"
Use the Arrow buttons and Highlight "Time/Date" and push the Enter button.
Select Time / Date by pressing the enter button.
Then you will want input your Time and Date.
If you want to set the timezone use the Arrow buttons and Highlight "Set timezone" and push the Enter button.
then use your arrows to choose your time zone and then click enter to select it.
